June Horoscope 2025: Fast paced, expansive, disciplined dreams and the heart

The Astrology of May I called stability, courage and curiosity. With the Sun in Gemini this energy of curiosity, multi-faceted, accelerated detached intelligence and communication continues until June 22nd When the Sun enters Cancer. When Sun enters Cancer the focus is less on the intellect and more on the heart, emotional bonds, home, privacy, depth of feeling and healing. 

Some key transits I will mark with a double asterisk after. Those key transits being Jupiter entering Cancer on the 10th, The Full Moon in Sagittarius on the 11th, Saturn Conjunct Neptune in Aries on the 15th and Jupiter in Cancer Square Neptune in Aries on the 15th, The Sun entering Cancer on the 22nd, The Sun conjunct Jupiter on the 23rd and the New Moon in Cancer on the 25th.

This month is a mix of Jupiter transits that bring good fortune, opportunity and good luck. Saturn and Neptune transits bring to our attention moderation and self discipline (Saturn) as well as dreams and illusions (Neptune.) Jupiter the planet of good fortune leaving Gemini which it has been in since May 24th 2024 and entering its highest placement in Cancer signifies quite a shift for the collective which we will be able to notice  globally.

Saturn–Neptune Conjunct in Aries

Throughout most of 2025 we have this aspect which brings the planet of control and discipline into an alignment with the planet of dreams and illusions. This can give us the practicality to manifest our dreams into reality and cut out wishful thinking and delusion.

 June 4: Venus in Aries sextile Jupiter in Gemini (28°)

This aspect is very powerful for socializing and can give us the courage to make connections with others. Prosperity, opportunities and expansion can come through taking initiative when it comes to networking, communication, studying and learning.

New social contacts can appear now but only if we take action.

June 5: Mercury in Gemini sextile Mars in Leo (23°)

This aspect can energize our communication making them more passionate and assertive. We may meet others who support us or circumstances may push us to put our best foot forward when it comes to writing, learning and communicating. Can be a competitive influence.

June 6th: Venus enters Taurus

Since February 4th we have been experiencing Venus on and off due to retrograde. This was a passionate and sometimes combative energy for love and relationships with Venus in Aries. Venus is at home in Taurus, so love and relationships can take on a more grounded, stable and practical approach focused to material comforts, security and practicality. 

June 8: Mercury conjunct Jupiter in Gemini (29°)

This influence creates new beginnings for opportunities, expansion and growth when it comes to new ideas, learning, communication, writing projects and teaching. We can be more confident in our ideas and what we have to say but we may become arrogant and

prideful.

June 9: Mercury enters Cancer

After being in detached and quick witted Gemini Mercury in Cancer can make our speech and emotions more gentle. Our thoughts and conversations could be more about our pasts, roots, family, feelings and we can be more intuitive than usual.

June 9th: Jupiter enters Cancer **

Since May 24th 2024 The planet of expansion and prosperity has been in intellectual and curious Gemini bringing good luck and higher knowledge to themes such as communication, reading, writing, learning, teaching, networking, our local neighborhoods, short distance travel, sales, business, information exchange, receiving and our relatives. 

On June 10th Jupiter enters Cancer where it is exalted (at it is highest placement.) This transit can expand, bring good luck and knowledge to all things Cancer: Our emotional depths, feelings, intuition, ancestry, homeland, family, home life, private life, nurturing, healing, cooking,  collecting, protection and real estate.

In our personal charts whatever area of life Cancer is located is where we experience good luck, opportunities and expansion for the next year.

June 9: Mercury in Cancer square Saturn in Aries & Neptune in Aries (0–1°)

Our ideas and communication could be challenged by reality checks in regards to our dreams. There could be a tendency to be critical of others one moment and then compassionate the next. This offers an opportunity to cut out wishful thinking yet also be realistic of what we have imagined for our lives.

June 10: Venus in Taurus square Pluto in Aquarius (3°)

The planet of love meeting with the lord of the underworld can bring up a lot of intensity, potential power struggles, jealousy and manipulation in our relationships. We may be able to persuade others to do things more readily whether our motivations are pure or not is the question. This is a time of healing in relationships by going through some volatile feelings but it will bring a release of some sort.

June 11: Full Moon in Sagittarius (20°) **

The Full Moon brings the intentions that began two weeks ago on the new moon to fruition. This Full Moon is about balancing the bigger picture with the details, faith with rationality, philosophy with reason, the higher mind with the lower mind.

June 15: Jupiter in Cancer square Saturn & Neptune in Aries (01–02°)

Jupiter in Cancer can bring many opportunities for growth with family, our tribe, our emotional world, healing yet Saturn in Aries can feel like downer to our high vibes and Neptune could make us feel deluded. Overall this transit can bring grounding to our expansion and a sense of a higher power watching us when it comes to our future plans if we do the work.

June 15: Saturn conjunct Neptune in Aries (01–02°) **

Saturn the planet of control and discipline meets with the planet of dreams and illusions in Aries (New beginnings). We can ground our dreams in reality and cut out illusions to our vision. If we can do the work we can create a solid long term foundation for spirituality, creative pursuits and those images we have in our life for the ideal world and life. There is also the potential of feeling restricted and like these visions are not achievable, we must have the discipline to work through these insecurities. We will be experiencing this transit much of 2025.

June 11: Mercury in Cancer sextile Venus in Taurus (4°)

This transit can bring opportunities for thoughtful communication and closeness in our relationships, as well as an added layer of security if we choose.

June 13: Mars in Leo square Uranus in Taurus (28°)

This aspect could bring out a very rebellious energy, there could be a sense of not wanting to listen to anybody and doing what we please in an aggressive way. Be very careful as when this transit passes we may regret any insensitive things we may have done.

June 15: Jupiter in Cancer square Neptune in Aries (2°)

This aspect could have us become overly confident in delusions or wishful thinking. In order to expand we need to surrender to a higher power. If we channel the drive from this aspect we can become more confident in our visions, intuitive abilities and artistic abilities.

June 17: Mars enters Virgo

Since April Mars has been in and out due to retrograde in courageous, creative and dramatic Leo and now enters into grounded and analytical Virgo. This brings careful analysis and practicality to how we take action. We can be a bit more patient than with the outbursts of anger we might have found with the transits of Mars in Leo. Be careful of critical attacks on others.

June 19: Mars in Virgo sextile Jupiter in Cancer (00–01°)

When we move with careful analysis opportunities can come to us for expansion, growth and prosperity in regards to home, family and our emotional wellbeing.

June 22: Sun enters Cancer **

After a 30 day transit in detached and inquisitive Gemini, The Sun in Cancer puts a spotlight on nurturing, healing, intuition, roots, the home, family and emotions.

We can be more sensitive and insular during this time. We have to guard against taking things too personally and dwelling on the past as well as hiding within our comfort zones.

June 22: Sun in Cancer square Saturn - Neptune conjunct in Aries (00–02°)

Feelings, an urge for safety and our private life could be met with a mixture of reality checks and illusion. We need to be able to look at our feelings objectively and find courage to follow our dreams but that means going beyond our comfort zone.

June 23: Jupiter Cazimi - Sun conjunct Jupiter in Cancer (3°) **

There can be expansion to personality, career and confidence during this time especially related to our private life and processing of feelings. It can also lead to overconfidence and arrogance if not careful.

June 24: Sun sextile Mars (Cancer to Virgo, 3°)

Opportunities to heal from our work life and duties can arise. This aspect can make us more courageous and stronger than usual and this can come from having a good community.

June 25: New Moon in Cancer (4°) **

The New Moon in Cancer starts a brand new two week cycle of intentions along the lines of all things Cancer. That means home, family, intuition, healing, roots, nurturing and security. We can see this intention manifest in two weeks at the Full Moon.

 June 27: Mercury in Cancer sextile Uranus in Taurus (29°)

Ideas could come through circumstances or others giving us flashes of insight and we may see things in a different light, perhaps a bit out of the box. We have the ability to have conversations that find original solutions to existing challenges. We must guard against being rude in our communication or insensitive.

June 30: Neptune in Aries sextile Pluto Rx in Aquarius (02–03°)

This aspect enhances inspiration for new beginnings and transformation of humanity.

Combined we can feel this more on a global scale of having the ideal of pioneering into new territories as well as alternative systems that transform our world. This can really skyrocket a lot of growth of technology and Ai, as well as radical new ways of living that may have intimidated us before in experimenting with. We now have added initiative to come up with innovative solutions to empower and renew our world.
